Our Difference

Cassie’s Cardinals provides safe and reliable in-home care for families and individuals, including full and part-time babysitting, elderly care, and pet-care services.

  • The company takes care of all taxes. We provide an EIN number at the end of the year for tax write-off purposes.
  • We hold liability insurance for inside all of our clients homes.
  • For placements, we match a Cardinal to your needs for better care and consistency for all parties.
  • We take care of all payroll taxes and payroll given to Cardinals.
  • We do our best to keep a guarantee service so if your cardinal takes a vacation or calls in sick, we provide a backup from our network of Cardinals.
  • We ensure all Cardinals are CPR/first aid certified with clean background and motor vehicle checks. They also go through an extensive interview process, have positive references, and previous childcare experience.
  • Our team is here for you and all Cardinals for support. We try to be as engaged with our clients and Cardinals as possible to provide top-notch care.

  • Lisa has been such a wonderful help to our family. She has watched our son full time from the age of 3 months to 13 months old. She provided such peace of mind while my husband and I returned to work full time. It was so easy to let her know exactly what our expectations were and the specifics of how we wanted our son cared for. Constant communication was a need for me, and that was never an issue.  She was so sweet with our son. She was involved with many aspects of his development, from sleep training, to bottle weaning and starting solid foods. He had so much fun on their trips to the park and zoo. 
    I cannot recommend her enough. Honestly, I’m tearing up as I write this. She’s been a part of our lives for the past year, and though we are excited for our son’s next chapter of making friends at day care, she will be greatly missed by all of us. Most of all I miss seeing our son get so excited when she arrives in the morning.
